Kathy is a registered osteopath who graduated with first-class honours from the College of Osteopaths in London. She also holds a Diploma in Clinical Acupuncture with Distinction from the University of Hong Kong, where she studied for two years. With 18 years of experience living in Asia and a background that spans both Eastern and Western medicine, Kathy adopts a holistic approach, integrating osteopathy and the latest research with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to improve patients' health and well-being, guiding them towards recovery.
In addition, Kathy has over 15 years of experience in personal training, specialising in Strength, Conditioning, Corrective Exercises, Thai Boxing, and Pilates.
